Bu Gizlilik Politikası, HW STORE TR Android uygulamasını ("uygulama", "biz") kullandığınızda bilgilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.
1. Topladığımız Veriler
a) Hesap bilgileri
Uygulamaya e-posta/parola veya Google hesabınızla giriş yaparsınız. Kimlik doğrulama Supabase Auth altyapısı üzerinden yapılır.
b) Profil bilgileri
İsteğe bağlı olarak kullanıcı adı ve profil fotoğrafı ekleyebilirsiniz. Bu bilgiler Supabase sunucularında saklanır.
c) Koleksiyon verileri
Garajınıza eklediğiniz araçlar hesabınıza bağlanır ve tüm cihazlarınızda erişebilmeniz için saklanır.
d) Kamera
Kamera yalnızca bir paketin üzerindeki oyuncak numarasını taramayı seçtiğinizde kullanılır. Görüntü, sadece numarayı okumak için cihazınızın üzerinde (Google ML Kit metin tanıma ile) işlenir. Kamera görüntüleri sunucularımıza yüklenmez ve tarafımızca saklanmaz.
e) Satın alma ve abonelik bilgileri
Ödemeler tamamen Google Play tarafından işlenir. Kredi kartı bilgileriniz tarafımızca görülmez veya saklanmaz. Premium aboneliğinizi doğrulamak için satın alma bilgileri ve hesap kimliğiniz, abonelik yönetim sağlayıcımız RevenueCat ile paylaşılır.
f) Reklam verileri
Premium olmayan kullanıcılara uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam ağları tarafından reklam gösterilebilir. Bu ağlar, ilgili reklamları göstermek için cihazınızın reklam kimliğini ve kullanım verilerini toplayabilir. Premium abonelere reklam gösterilmez.
g) Teknik ve kullanım verileri
Uygulamanın çalışması ve hataların giderilmesi için cihaz türü, işletim sistemi sürümü ve genel kullanım istatistikleri işlenebilir.
2. Verileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve giriş yapmanızı sağlamak
- Koleksiyonunuzu saklamak ve cihazlar arasında senkronize etmek
- Premium aboneliğinizi doğrulamak
- Premium olmayan kullanıcılara reklam göstermek
- Uygulamayı geliştirmek ve hataları gidermek

4. Veri Saklama ve Güvenlik
Verilerinizi hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklarız. Verilerinizi korumak için şifreli bağlantılar ve düzenli yedekleme dahil makul teknik ve idari önlemler uygularız.
5. Haklarınız ve Hesap Silme
- Profil bilgilerinizi uygulama içinden istediğiniz zaman güncelleyebilirsiniz.
- Hesabınızı ve ilgili tüm verilerinizi uygulama içinden kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar > Hesabımı Sil.
- Verilerinizle ilgili silme talebi veya sorularınız için hwstoretr@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz.
6. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız lütfen bizimle iletişime geçin, bu verileri sileriz.
7. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yeni bir "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle yayınlanır.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how HW STORE TR ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our Android application.
1. Data We Collect
a) Account information
You sign in with an email address and password, or with your Google account. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
b) Profile information
You may optionally add a username and a profile photo. These are stored on Supabase servers.
c) Collection data
The cars you add to your garage are linked to your account and stored so that your collection is available on all your devices.
d) Camera
The camera is used only when you choose to scan a toy number on a package. The image is processed on your device (using Google ML Kit text recognition) only to read the number. Camera images are not uploaded to our servers and are not stored by us.
e) Purchase and subscription information
Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your credit card details. To verify your Premium subscription, purchase information and your account identifier are shared with RevenueCat, our subscription management provider.
f) Advertising data
For non-Premium users, the app may show ads provided by third-party advertising networks. These networks may collect your device's advertising ID and usage data to show relevant ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
g) Technical and usage data
Device type, operating system version and general usage statistics may be processed to keep the app working and to fix problems.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To create your account and let you sign in
- To store and sync your collection across devices
- To verify your Premium subscription
- To show ads to non-Premium users
- To improve the app and fix errors
We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention and Security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and regular backups.
5. Your Rights and Account Deletion
- You can update your profile information at any time in the app.
- You can permanently delete your account and all related data from within the app: Settings > Delete My Account.
- You can also request deletion or ask questions about your data by emailing hwstoretr@gmail.com.
6. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
